OUR STUDIO POLICIES
Appointments
All treatments are available by appointment only.
You can book online or by phone in advance to secure your preferred time.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service fee.
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.
Health & Safety
All tools and equipment are disinfected and sterilized after each procedure.
Please inform me about any allergies, medications, or skin conditions before your treatment.
Payments
Payments are accepted via card or cash at the studio.
Gift certificates are also available upon request.

How often should I get a facial?
Most clients benefit from professional facials every 4–6 weeks.
This helps maintain clean, healthy, and balanced skin.
Are treatments suitable for men?
Absolutely. Many of my regular clients are men.
Treatments are customized for each skin type and condition.
What’s the difference between vacuum and ultrasonic cleansing?
Vacuum cleansing removes impurities using suction, while ultrasonic cleansing uses sound waves to exfoliate and stimulate circulation.
Both methods deeply clean the skin — the choice depends on sensitivity and desired results.
Is papilloma or wart removal safe?
Yes. All procedures are performed with professional dermatological precision, following strict hygiene and safety standards.
Do you use professional products?
