Transparent Cleaning Pricing
Our cleaning services are priced hourly to ensure fair and flexible estimates. The total cost depends on your home size, number of rooms, and the type of cleaning required.
Recurring Cleaning
Recurring cleaning costs $45 per hour. The estimated time depends on the number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, the square footage of the home, and the cleaning frequency.
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning costs $50 per hour and also depends on the number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, the square footage of the home, and the level of dirtiness of the home.

How Pricing Is Calculated?
For the first visit, the deep cleaning service the price is based on the estimated number of cleaning hours.
If additional time is required:
the company will contact the client in advance.
extra time will be charged at $45 per hour per cleaner.

What is the difference between standard cleaning and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning is intended for homes that are already relatively clean and maintained on a regular basis. It focuses on routine tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and wiping commonly used surfaces according standard cleaning checklist.
Deep cleaning is a more detailed and thorough service recommended for homes that have not been professionally cleaned for a while or require extra attention. It includes everything in standard cleaning plus additional tasks such as cleaning baseboards, removing built-up grime, detailed bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and addressing hard-to-reach or neglected areas according deep cleaning checklist.
If the home requires a more thorough cleaning:
deep cleaning may be recommended
the appointment may be rescheduled
the company may decline the service if the amount of work exceeds the scheduled time
What about the Time?
Exact arrival time cannot be guaranteed.
A 15-minute arrival window is used.
Example:
if the appointment is scheduled for 8:00 AM, the cleaner may arrive any time before 8:15 AM
If the cleaning requires more time than scheduled:
the client will be notified 30 minutes before the scheduled end time
the client may:
approve additional time ($45/hour)
choose which areas should be completed
What we do not perform?
∙ biohazard cleaning (blood, vomit, animal waste, etc.)
∙ cleaning after parties or extremely messy situations
∙ work at significant heights (only a small step ladder is used)
∙ exterior window cleaning or outdoor areas
∙ garage cleaning (except light sweeping)
∙ moving heavy furniture
∙ removal of large trash items
∙ chandelier cleaning
What should I do if I want to cancel the cleaning?
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations are subject to a $30 fee
If the cleaner arrives and cannot access the home, the full cleaning cost will be charged.
What should I do if I notice damage in my house?
If something is damaged during the cleaning:
the company will notify the client and assist with repair or replacement
The client must report any damage within 24 hours.
The company is not responsible for items that were already unstable or improperly secured.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

Do you take photos during the cleaning?
Yes. Our team may take before and after photos for quality control purposes.
Photos are used for internal company records only.
Client permission is required before any photos are shared on social media or used for marketing.
What I should know before booking a service?
Before booking a cleaning service, please keep the following in mind
Provide accurate information about your home, including the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the type of cleaning you need. This helps us give you a more accurate estimate.
Ensure access to your home at the scheduled time. If our cleaners arrive and cannot access the property, the full service fee may apply.
